In relation to Bocas town . . . we are secluded from the 24 hr noise of Bocas yet only a 20 min. taxi ride away. In addition our beach water is calm for snorkeling, floating, swimming, canoeing without the dangerous undertow you will find locally on some beaches.

Please protect yourself by bringing rain protection (this is a rainforest), sun protection (this is the Caribbean), bug protection (this is the tropics), hats, sunglasses, a lightweight long sleeve hooded rain jacket, lightweight pants, Lightweight LS shirt, water shoes or boots, hiking sandals and/or galoshes (Crocs work great), swimwear, flashlight, book light, and anything special you might want or need.

Parents Please Note-Please bring life vests, snorkeling gear, and anything else needed for your children. These items are not available locally.

  Promotional Rates 2010

·         50% advance rental deposit required to US Chase bank account, online PayPal account (+ 5% handling), or Panama Banco Nacional account with remainder due 30 days advance.  Annual rentals payable quarterly in advance. Deposits are non-refundable 30 days or less to agreed check in. However, 2/3 deposit can be credited toward re-booking with valid reason and/or 72 hr notice.

·         Unfurnished villa w/electric/day on 2/2 @ $5, 3/3 @ $7, monthly is $1600 & $1800/mo.

·         Main floor of villas has large veranda, full kitchen, living, dining, bath, and closet. With approval, its’ cost can be shared w/other villa guests @ $35/day, $185/wk, $450/mo, or annually @ $425/mo, plus the cost of your exclusive room area.

·         Deluxe bedrooms include verandas with incredible views from upper floor and share a large bath.

·         The private bed and bath is on the lower floor with nice views, no veranda. Add $5/day for small fridge, microwave, & toaster.

·         Family style meals available at extra cost with 24 hr advance notice. Drinks are: soda, pipa & local beer $1, Pan liquors & US beer $2, wine $2to $4/glass, other liquor $3 to $4/glass. 

·         Weekly maid service is standard; any extra is available for hire.  Laundry service (wash, dry, fold) - $6/load separated.

·         Bocas Marine Tours, located waterfront in Bocas & Almirante provides taxi service to and from Starfish Reef on Shepherd Island. If you want a representative to meet you at the airport in Bocas, it can be arranged at extra charge.

·         Full day boat tours are available @ $20/pp, min 6, with advance notice for snorkeling, beachcombing, dolphin sighting, Crawl Cay, Starfish Beach, Bocas del Drago, Red Frog Beach, Zapatilla Keys ($25), Indian Village, (some have entry fees) & more.  

·         Available at charge on site: chocolate tours, paddle boat, snorkeling gear, water-skiing & boat tours by the hour.

Panga Boat Rental- $35/hr with a captain to do your own thing

Fishing: Price is for 1 to 4 people. Pickup is at 7am.

            Half Day $400 includes drinks, and snacks. 5 hrs

            Full Day $550 includes sandwiches, drinks, and snacks. 8 hrs

Discover Scuba (no certification needed) min age 10 yrs. Depart 7:30 am, class 8:30-1pm in Bocas

            $85 single dive (includes transportation) $105 two dives (includes transportation)

            Can be combined with Bocas lunch and shopping

Scuba Open Water Dives $75 two dives (includes transportation)

Full Day Snorkeling/Beachcombing- $120 min for boat or $20/per person min 6 people, Buy own lunch
