We are in the process of defining lots and forming deed restrictions. An initial plat of the development follows below.

Our goal is to keep this a working Cacao Farm in which we will make Chocolate. We also grow Mangos, Coconuts, Limes, Bananas, Plantains, Pineapple, and other fruits.

The Jungle is an important part of the property as are the Waterfall, Natural Freshwater Springs, the Coral Reef, the Salt Water Lagoon, the Mangroves, and the Swamp. We would like to keep as many natural areas as possible.

In addition, Shepherd Island has some of its own unique characters and characteristics such as the diversity of our neighbors and even our frogs (See picture of the Shepherd Island Green Dart Frogs to right). We have respect for all the different walks of life here and our goal is to have future neighbors who feel the same.
